This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in Australia. Void where prohibited by law.

The Giveaway begins at 9:00 a.m. AEDT on Wednesday, 15 October 2025, and ends at 9:00 p.m. AEDT on Monday, 10 November 2025 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
Open only to legal residents of:
Australia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, or agents of HexClad, Gordon Ramsay Holdings, promotional agencies, and their immediate families or households are not eligible.
To enter during the Giveaway Period:
Follow @hexclad_aus and @thereselum on Instagram.
Fill out the form on the HexClad website, link can be found in the hexclad_aus bio.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple comments do not increase chances of winning.
HexClad will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Hexclad takes no responsibility for any entries which are late, lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or misdirected entries, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention or entries which are otherwise invalid.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. You release Instagram from any liability.
Sixteen (16) winners will be chosen by HexClad and Therese Lum and each winner will receive:
Attendance at One (1) private dinner hosted in Sydney that they can attend with a +1 of their choice
HexClad product
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. No cash alternative is available. Travel to the event is not included in the prize.
The Sponsor will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
On or about October 22nd, 2025, eight (8) winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Potential winners will be notified by Instagram Direct Message within one (1) business day. Winners must respond within 24 hours with required verification information (e.g., full name, address, age, proof of eligibility). Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Any taxes, duties, or other charges (if applicable) associated with the receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners are advised to seek independent financial or tax advice regarding any tax implications related to accepting a prize.
Personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and in accordance with HexClad’s Privacy Policy available at https://hexclad.com.au/pages/privacy-policy-ba. All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal information for the purposes of conducting and promoting the Giveaway (including publication of winners) and for future marketing by HexClad, unless otherwise advised.
By entering, you grant HexClad the right to use your name, likeness, and Instagram handle for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, in any media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
HexClad reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Rules or that interferes with the integrity of the Giveaway.
Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of this Giveaway may result in disqualification and possible legal action.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
To the extent permitted by law, HexClad and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect, special, or consequential loss) arising in any way out of participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.
The Sponsor’s liability under or in connection with the Giveaway or these Terms and Conditions is limited to the cost of the prize awarded.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights or remedies which cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway.
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway will be governed by the laws of New South Wales and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
