Flash Sale Terms & Conditions

Use code FLASHSALE at checkout to get 15% off sitewide at hexclad.com.au from Friday 23 October to Sunday 25 October 2026.

These terms apply to every order placed during the promotion, alongside our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Lifetime Warranty. Where they differ, these terms apply to Flash Sale orders.

1. Promotion period

The Flash Sale runs from 12:00am AEDT on Friday 23 October 2026 until 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 25 October 2026 (the Promotion Period).

All times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time, which Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Hobart observe. Orders must be completed at checkout within the Promotion Period, based on the time our checkout records. The discount code FLASHSALE will not apply to orders attempted after the promotion period..

2. Where the offer applies

The offer is available only on hexclad.com.au, for orders delivered to addresses in Australia and New Zealand.

It doesn't apply to purchases from other HexClad websites, third-party retailers or marketplaces. Each HexClad website operates independently with its own pricing, shipping and terms.

3. The offer

You get 15% off the current selling price of eligible in-stock items, including cookware sets at their current set price. To get the discount, you must enter code FLASHSALE in the discount code field at checkout. The discount isn't applied without it. If you shop through a link in one of our Flash Sale emails, the code may be added for you. Either way, check that FLASHSALE and your 15% discount show in your order total before you pay. Product pages show regular prices, and we can't apply the discount to an order after it has been placed.

4. Exclusions

The discount doesn't apply to:

• gift cards and other digital products
• items that are out of stock or sell out during the Promotion Period
• orders placed before or after the Promotion Period

The offer is available while stocks last. We can't hold the sale price for items that sell out.

5. Combining offers & price adjustments

The Flash Sale can't be combined with any other discount code, offer or promotion unless we say otherwise. Only one discount code can be used per order.

The discount isn't applied retrospectively. Our 14-day Price Match Guarantee doesn't apply to this promotion, so we can't refund the difference on orders placed before the Promotion Period or match Flash Sale prices after it ends.

6. Shipping & delivery

Shipping is free on all orders to Australia and New Zealand. Prices include GST for customers in Australia, and for customers in New Zealand on orders up to NZ$1,000. New Zealand orders over NZ$1,000 may attract customs charges on import, which are payable by the customer.

We'll email you tracking details once your order ships. Sale periods are busy, so please allow extra time for dispatch.

7. Returns & refunds

Flash Sale orders are covered by our standard Refund Policy. You can return items within 30 days of purchase through our returns portal, with proof of purchase.

• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.
• Refunds are for the amount you paid after the discount. If you return part of an order, you're refunded the discounted price of the items returned.
• Exchanges are only available for faulty or damaged items.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or, for customers in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If an item is faulty, contact us and we'll help.

8. Lifetime Warranty

Items bought in the Flash Sale carry the same Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer's defects as full-price purchases, subject to its terms. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

9. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. The payment options shown at checkout apply to your order.

10. Email sign-up & privacy

Signing up through the Flash Sale pop-up subscribes you to HexClad marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails, and your discount still applies to orders placed during the Promotion Period. We handle your details in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. General

• We may correct pricing or typographical errors and cancel any order affected by one, with a full refund.
• We may change, extend or end the promotion early if circumstances outside our reasonable control require it. We'll update this page if we do, and orders already placed will be honoured.
• We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or are placed in quantities that suggest resale, with a full refund.
• The discount has no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash or store credit.
