WHAT ARE STAY-COOL PUCKS?

Standard wine coolers, chillers and ice buckets deliver uneven cooling and messy counters. Our stay-cool pucks harness the power of latent heat. Unlike ice water baths, they don’t drop your wine temperature to an undrinkable temp: The pucks use Phase Change Material (PCM), an advanced thermal storage technology, to absorb the heat of your wine,“holding” a bottle at the precise, correct temperature for hours.

Our two pucks, plucked from the freezer, will maintain wines at their ideal serving temperatures for 2 to 4 hours (7°C for whites/rosé; 16°C for reds).

How to Use

The Stay-Cool pucks are specially formulated to freeze at an optimum temperature.

Place pucks in the freezer 2-3 hours to lock in the temperature.
White wine puck will hold a temperature around 7ºC.
Red wine puck will hold a temperature around 16ºC.
When ready to serve, place the appropriate chill puck inside the wine chiller.
Set a pre-chilled bottle on top of the puck.
Cooling will travel up the walls and maintain optimum temperature for up to 4 hours.

Please note that these stay-cool pucks are designed to maintain the temperature of the wine so pre-chilling or cellar storage is recommended for optimum enjoyment.

How to Clean

Hand wash with warm, soapy water and a soft brush or sponge and avoid using abrasive cleaners.
Air dry or dry thoroughly with a soft clean towel to protect the mirror finish
Do not clean the vessel or pucks in the dishwasher.
Do not place the vessel in the freezer as this may damage the insulation.
